Eligibility for Refund:

- Refunds are only available within the first 7 days of the initial purchase.

- To qualify for a refund, the customer must not have used any free trial or tested the platform prior to the purchase.

Non-Refundable Services:

- Any services used beyond the 7-day period are non-refundable.

- Add-ons, customizations, or any special service requests outside the standard package are non-refundable.

- Subsequent renewals or recurring charges after the first 7 days from first purchase are not eligible for refunds.

Process for Requesting a Refund:

- Customers are required to provide the purchase details and a brief explanation for the refund request.

- Our team will review the request and respond within 7 business days.

Refund Processing:

- Approved refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 15 business days.

- For refunds processed via crypto and bank payments, please note that the refund may take up to 20 days to be reflected in your account due to the processing times of these payment methods.

- The time for the refund to be reflected in your account for other payment methods depends on your card issuer or payment provider.

Subscription Cancellation:

- Upon processing a refund, your subscription will be canceled, and access to the service will be revoked.

Changes to Refund Policy:

- Sharingtools reserves the right to modify this policy. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
